Dr Catriona Lorang is a registered psychologist who has been working with HammondCare's Special Care Unit at Southwood for 9years. More recently, she has joined the Dementia Centre research team at HammondCare. She has a PhD in psychology, focused on the clinical problems of depression management. Catriona has published and presented in the areas of dementia and severe behavioural disturbances and missing persons support services. Her areas of expertise include behaviour management strategies for people with severe dementia, depression, anxiety and other mental health problems.
