Scott Wilkinson has been the Cluster Dining Services Coordinator for Sunrise Senior Living for the past 10 years. His previous employment includes time served in the British Army, where he completed his training and qualified as a Chef. He has also worked in both the restaurant and hotel sectors and had numerous roles with Sodexo Healthcare before joining Sunrise. Having worked in healthcare for over 16 years, he has a vast experience working with older people and the special dietary requirements which are required in this sector. Passionate about food and in providing the best service to the customer, he also has an extensive knowledge in both specialised and healthier diets, for which he is EDI qualified.
